    Chillies, Green - All Varieties (Capsicum Annum) (2 green chillies- slit)
  • 65 Grams
    Maggi Bhuna Masala - Makhani (1 packet)
  • 200 Grams
    Paneer (Cubed)
  • 1.85 Grams
    Fenugreek Leaves (Trigonella Foenum Graecum) (1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi)
  • 1 Teaspoonful
    Coriander Seeds (Coriandrum Sativum) (Use coriander powder)
  • 150 Mililliters
    Bottled Water
  • 3 Teaspoons
    Coriander Leaves (Coriandrum Sativum) (Chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoonful
    Ginger Juliennes
  • 1/2 Teaspoonful
    Chili Powder (Red)
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Cream
  • 1/3 Tablespoon
    Butter
  • Step 1
    Heat butter in a pan. Add all the powdered spices & the paneer cubes & saute for a few minutes
  • Step 2
    Mix Bhuna Masala & water together in a bowl & add to the paneer. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, then add 2 tsp cream and simmer for 2 minutes
  • Step 3
    Serve garnished with the remaining cream, ginger juliennes, coriander leaves & green chillies
