Step 1Heat the oil in a karahi and add the dry red chillies and fry till crisp. Remove, crush and keep aside.

Step 2Sauté the onions till slightly brown, add the green chillies, mashed potatoes and MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and mix well. Add salt to taste.

Step 3Remove from fire and mix in the crushed red chillies. Shape into round balls.

Step 4Serve hot with rice, dal and lemon wedges.
