Aloo Chokkha
  • 30 Grams
    Chillies, Green - All Varieties (Capsicum Annum) (2 chilies, chopped)
  • 30 Grams
    Chillies, Red (Capsicum Annum) (2 Dry red chilies)
  • 500 Grams
    Potatoe (Boiled and mashed)
  • 6.5 Grams
    Maggi Masala-Ae-Magic (1 sachet)
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Mustard Oil
  • 2 Units
    Onions (Chopped)
  • Step 1
    Heat the oil in a karahi and add the dry red chillies and fry till crisp. Remove, crush and keep aside.
  • Step 2
    Sauté the onions till slightly brown, add the green chillies, mashed potatoes and MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and mix well. Add salt to taste.
  • Step 3
    Remove from fire and mix in the crushed red chillies. Shape into round balls.
  • Step 4
    Serve hot with rice, dal and lemon wedges.
