Bhindi Sabzi

    Maggi Masala-Ae-Magic (1 sachet)
  • 1 Unit
    Table Salt (To taste)
  • 2 Gram
    Dried Mango (1 teaspoon amchur)
  • 1 Teaspoonful
    Cumin Seeds (Cuminum Cyminum)
  • 1/4 Teaspoonful
    Turmeric Powder (Curcuma Domestica)
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Coriander Seed (Coriander Powder)
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Sunflower Oil
  • 30 Gram
    Chillies, Green - All Varieties (Capsicum Annum) (2 green chillies, slit)
  • 2 Unit
    Onions (Finely chopped)
  • 500 Gram
    Okra (Ladyfinger/ bhindi)
  • Step 1
    Wash and pat dry the ladyfingers. Discard the heads and chop the ladyfingers into 1” pieces.
  • Step 2
    Heat oil in a kadai, add, cumin seeds and when they splutter add green chillies and turmeric powder.
  • Step 3
    Add onions and saute till translucent. Add ladyfingers, salt, coriander powder and dry mango powder. Mix well, cover and cook on low heat till ladyfingers are tender.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle Masala-ae-Magic, give it a stir and serve hot.
