30 GramsChillies, Green - All Varieties (Capsicum Annum) (2 green chillies, slit)

1/4 TeaspoonfulTurmeric Powder (Curcuma Domestica)

1 TeaspoonfulCumin Seeds (Cuminum Cyminum)

Step 1Wash and pat dry the ladyfingers. Discard the heads and chop the ladyfingers into 1” pieces.

Step 2Heat oil in a kadai, add, cumin seeds and when they splutter add green chillies and turmeric powder.

Step 3Add onions and saute till translucent. Add ladyfingers, salt, coriander powder and dry mango powder. Mix well, cover and cook on low heat till ladyfingers are tender.

Step 4Sprinkle Masala-ae-Magic, give it a stir and serve hot.
