    Coriander Seeds (Coriandrum Sativum)
  • 105 Gram
    Coconut, Kernel, Dry (Cocos Nucifera) (Grated)
  • 60 Gram
    Chillies, Red (Capsicum Annum) (Dry red chilies, 4 pieces)
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Pepper (whole)
  • 1/2 Teaspoonful
    Cinnamon (1 inch)
  • 1 Teaspoonful
    Cloves (5 pieces)
  • Step 1
    In a karahi, dry roast grated coconut, cloves, cinnamon, whole pepper, red chillies, poppy seeds, coriander seeds and aniseed, till coconut is golden brown. Cool and grind coarsely.
  • Step 2
    In a pressure cooker, heat the coarsely ground spices for a minute. Add MAGGI Bhuna Masala & mutton and mix well. Fry for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add potatoes and water. Pressure cook on low flame for 5 minutes after the first whistle.
  • Step 4
    Serve hot.
