Paneer Bhurji Noodles
  • 1/2 Teaspoonful
    Table Salt (To taste)
  • 9 Teaspoonful
    Coriander Leaves (Coriandrum Sativum) (Chopped)
  • 100 Gram
    Paneer (Cut into small cubes)
  • 45 Gram
    Chillies, Green - All Varieties (Capsicum Annum) (3 chillies, chopped fine)
  • 1 Unit
    Tomato (Chopped fine)
  • 1 Unit
    Onions (Chopped fine)
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Sunflower Oil
  • 70 Gram
    Maggi Masala Noodles (1 pack)
  • Step 1
    Sauté the onions in oil until it is soft and light brown, add the tomato and green chillies and sauté till the tomato has softened.
  • Step 2
    Add the paneer and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt to taste.
  • Step 3
    Cook MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles as per pack instructions and add to above paneer bhurji and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
