Maggi Noodle Manchurian

    Sunflower Oil

    Table Salt (To taste)

    Soy Sauce
  • 70 Gram
    Maggi Masala Noodles (1 pack)
  • 1 Teaspoonful
    Ginger (Grated)
  • 1/2 Cup
    Cauliflower (Cut into small florets)
  • 1/2 Cup
    Carrots (Cut into small cubes)
  • 150 Milliliter
    Bottled Water
  • 13 Gram
    Cornstarch (1 tablespoon)
  • 1 Unit
    Tomato (Pureed)
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Distilled Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup
    Cabbage (Shredded)
  • 1/2 Cup
    French Bean (Chopped)
  • 50 Gram
    Maggi Hot & Sweet Tomato Chilli Sauce (3 tablespoons)
  • 2 Unit
    Onion Springs (Chopped)
  • Step 1
    Heat oil in a karahi and sauté the spring onions, then add the prepared vegetables and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Mix together rest of the ingredients and add the mixture to the vegetables. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add salt to taste and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Step 3
    Cook MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles as per pack instructions, place on a platter and pour the vegetables in Manchurian sauce over it.
  • Step 4
    Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
